WOW! I've seen riffs on southern food before, but Avo is really taking the proverbial cake with some of these dishes. We will definitely be taking a weekend trip back to my last former home, lived in Southside for two years and two in a loft on first avenue, very soon. Thanks for the great work Sammich!
